Order One or One Hundred
Departments don't hire on a season schedule. New officers start, people get promoted, and plates need replacing throughout the year — so we've made reordering simple.

- No order minimum on ReOrders — a single nameplate for one new officer is fine.
- ReOrders save 10% off regular retail, or the bulk rate if your order is larger.

Each nameplate can include:

- Your department logo or patch artwork

Material & Size
- Plastic (1/16") – Durable white plastic, fits into standard nameplate mounts or using adhesive pads or Velcro strips.
- Magnetic – For secure attachment to metal lockers.

Approval Before We Print
Within 1–2 business days you'll receive a design proof by email. Review it and click approve or request edits. We do not print until you approve, so what you sign off on is what you get.
One complimentary edit is included. If additional edits are requested, a $15 fee may be charged. Each edit adds one business day.
Ordering & Billing
- Minimum order: 10 nameplates for a new order. No minimum on reorders.
- Bulk discounts start at 25 nameplates in a single design and are calculated automatically at checkout, increasing with quantity up to 30% at 200+.
- Payment terms are available to departments on request — contact us and we'll provide a quotation you can submit for a purchase order.
Fast Shipping & Rush Orders
- Standard turnaround: Orders typically print and ship within 1–2 business days after proof approval.
- All orders shipped with USPS Parcel Ground Service which is a 3-5 day delivery (not a guaranteed service)
- Rush orders available—please contact us before ordering and include your required date in the personalization notes.
Returns & Guarantee
Since each nameplate is custom-made, we do not accept returns. You'll always receive a proof for approval before printing. If your order arrives damaged, contact us and we'll file a USPS claim and ship replacements.
