Upload Your Team Logo + Roster – Provide your player list by typing or uploading a spreadsheet.

Approve Initial Design Proof – Review the initial design proof by email within 1–2 business days via our automated approval system. Click 'APPROVE' or request one complimentary edit.
- Approve Full Print File - Review the full print file by email the following business day and carefully check for errors in spelling or numbers. Click 'APPROVE' or request one complimentary edit.

Print + Ship Fast – Once approved, your nameplates print within 1–2 business days and ship immediately.
We do not print until you approve your proof. Each requested edit adds one business day to fulfillment.
