Within 1–2 business days you'll receive a design proof through our automated approval system. Review it and either approve or request edits. We don't print until you approve, so your order is 100% accurate. Each round of edits adds one business day.
One complimentary edit is included. If additional edits are requested, a $15 fee may be charged.

Returns & Guarantee
Because these are custom-made, we don't accept returns. Every order includes a digital proof for your approval, and the final product will match that proof exactly. If your order arrives damaged, contact us right away — we'll file a USPS claim and ship replacements.
