Our Team Logo + Roster Pucks make the perfect year end gift for your hockey team and coaches. On the front is the team's LOGO and on the back is the team's ROSTER, TEAM NAME, DIVISION and YEAR. Click on 'Customize it' to begin and choose from TWO layout options for the back of the puck and add your team's details to the pucks and upload your team logo. If you don't want to customize your own puck you can click here to purchase the same pucks but customized by our Design Team at My Team Identity. This will cost 20% more per puck.
Made from official regulation hockey pucks - 1" tall x 3" in diameter weighing 6oz each. These are decorative pucks and not designed for use on ice.

-Option #1 - Team roster with player name and number - recommended for teams with more than 14 players
-Option #2 - Team roster with last names and numbers only. Half the roster is stacked on the left and the other half on the right. Maximum number of players is 14.
HOW TO PURCHASE:
1. Click 'Customize it'
2. choose layout option #1 or #2
3. Use the online software to add your roster, team name, team division, and team logo
4. Review your design and carefully check for errors
AFTER PURCHASE: Your designs will be printed onto the pucks and shipped out in approximately 2 days after purchase with USPS Ground Select which takes 3-5 days depending on your distance from our print studio in St. Paul, Minnesota.

If you are unsure if your logo is high enough resolution please email us at info@myteamidentity.com and we can help you out. We have worked with 1000's of hockey associations and teams across North American and likely have your teams logo in high resolution already. LOGO WEAR: All pucks cleaned and special adhesion promoters are applied prior to printing. At My Team Identity we do everything we possibly can to ensure good logo adhesion. The pucks you are purchasing are meant for decorative pucks and NOT FOR GAME USE or USE ON THE ICE. If you want game ready pucks for use on ice please contct us. Ice ready game/practice pucks go through a more rigorous process to prepare them for printing to make the more durable.
LIABILITY:
My Team Identity does not warranty any puck for any miscellaneous application found for it. Included in this is autograph signing. Markers and pens used to autograph a puck may not stick or they may come off over time as the puck ages. If you want to have a puck autographed, the signature has a better chance of staying on if you clean the puck first removing any surface oil and dirt. However, we My Team Identity does not guarantee that ink from a pen or marker will permanently bond to the puck.
Finally My Team Identity is not responsible for any damage caused to equipment or glass breakage. Pucks are virtually never the actual underlying cause of glass breakage and My Team Identity is not responsible for any injury caused by a flying puck.

Logos, trademarks, and copyrighted items are the property of their respective trademark holders.
When you place an order thru My Team Identity either thru Etsy, the website, via fax, email, telephone, or any other method you are granting us permission to print. You, the customer, are responsible for making sure you are not infringing on any rights of a copyright protected and/or trademarked logo. You as our customer, will indemnify My Team Identity, and the services of companies that we use, against all claims and expenses arising from uses for you, the customer/client do not have rights to or authority to use. You the customer, will be responsible for payment of any special licensing or royalty fees resulting from the misuse of graphics which are protected by these tights. By placing an order thru My Team Identity, you agree to these terms.
