Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is a top priority here at My Team Identity.
Defects: All My Team Identity products are carefully checked for accuracy and quality at the time of shipment. We will promptly issue replacements for all products received that have defects or errors (player info is not the same as what was provided by the customer). Errors that were made because the customer submitted the incorrect name/number are not the fault of My Team Identity and the customer is responsible to pay for the full replacement cost including shipping fees of $8.50.
Claims: Customers with defective items must contact us at info@myteamidentity.com or call us at (651) 202-1795. Be sure to contact us before items are returned. Damage caused by accidents or improper use are the responsibility of the customer. My Team Identity, a subsidiary of Modlode Inc, is not responsible for misuse of products, or if the buyer is unable to use the product(s).
Custom Products: All orders by My Team Identity are customized. We carry no finished inventory. Refunds and exchanges for your custom products will not be granted if the customer approved the design before printing and errors on the printed bag tags are not the fault of My Team Identity. It is the responsibility of the customer to carefully review the design proofs (all versions) provided for any and all errors. If the design proof is approved by the customer with an error the customer is responsible for the replacement cost. If you receive a product that is damaged in shipment or defective, My Team Identity will reprint it as originally ordered and ship with USPS Priority Mail at no cost to the customer.
Errors: Please note that My Team Identity not responsible for errors entered by the customer. Orders submitted with errors made by the customer do not apply for a credit or replacement. The customer must purchase the items that need reprinting due to their error via our RE-ORDER link in the top right hand corner of the website. We will grant 10% off all reprints as long as it is the same as the original design but with different names/numbers. Shipping cost must be paid by the customer.
We create every product after the order is placed. Please contact us immediately if a change needs to be made to your order as we typically ship out orders within 3-5 business days. Once an order is printed, changes can no longer be made.
Please note that My Team Identity is not responsible for quantity discrepancies entered by the customer. If we are unable to reach customers within 5 business days of their order date, we will proceed to produce and ship only the amount of items that were actually purchased.
Cancellations: Canceled orders must be canceled prior to printing/production & shipping. Once an order is produced or shipped, we are no longer able to offer a refund or exchange. Refused or undeliverable shipments will incur additional ground expense as UPS will charge My Team Identity for return shipping to us.

SHIPPING POLICY
We pride ourselves on shipping your custom My Team Identity products as fast as possible—including shipments to Canada and international destinations.
Quality Control: Our strict quality control production procedures do take precedent over faster shipping. We work hard to ship accurate products and at times this may slow down our shipping times.
Standard Turn-Around Time: Please take into consideration all of our products are custom made. We strive to ship all orders within 3-5 business days of final approval of designs by the customer. Design proofs are sent within 1-2 business day or purchase to the email address indicated by the customer. Delays due to customers not checking email for design proof are not the responsibility of My Team Identity. Be sure to check Spam Folders for design proofs as well. Customers that request a change in their design will be delayed by 1 business day per change requested. Delays due to multiple changes are not the responsibility of My Team Identity.
Shipping Method: We use USPS Ground Parcel Select for standard shipping options (unless otherwise specified). Delivery time from our location in Minnesota will add 3-5 business days, depending on your distance from Minnesota.
RUSH Orders and Shipping Priority: Expedited Shipping options are available to the customer at an increased shipping cost. USPS Priority Mail is a 2 business day delivery and alternatives are UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS 2 Day or UPS 3 Day. Please contact us for shipping quotations for expedited shipping.
International Orders: International orders will be reviewed and shipped at the discretion of My Team Identity. Please note that customers are responsible for imports VAT, clearance fees, or any other charges incurred during international transit.
Tracking Numbers: Once your order has shipped a tracking number will automatically be sent to the email address entered at purchase. Please check your spam folder if not received.
