Description
If you are purchasing from this listing you are RE-ORDERING the same size and design as a previous order. Since there is no new design work needed, re-orders are discounted by 10% of the regular price.
To RE-ORDER simply select the product you want re-order. Then upload your team roster file and in the next field indicate the name and organization the previous order was under. If you don't know the name of the person who ordered, just indicate the name of the organization, business, school, team or association. We keep all our previous orders on file.
If possible, upload your roster as a spreadsheet in excel, numbers, word, or a text file with all names, jersey numbers, team name etc each in a separate column. We copy and paste your roster to ensure there are no errors. If you do not have the roster in a spreadsheet format just copy and paste it into the Notes section below.
After purchase, you will be sent a design proof via email within approximately 1 business day to confirm we have the correct file for reprinting. Please indicate approved it if is correct or request changes if it is not the correct file and a representative will contact you for more information. For Re-Orders there should be no requested design changes to the previous design.
Once approved, the order will usually print within 1-2 business days.
If you have an special requests, or have a specific date you would like the order to arrive by please leave this information under Notes. If additional shipping fees are required to get the product to you by the date requested a representative will contact you.
Orders are shipped with USPS Parcel Ground Select which is $8.50 and takes 3-5 business days. A tracking number will be sent from Ship Station once the order ships. The client is responsible for tracking the item to ensure it is going to arrive on time for a specific date.
If you do not see the product you want to re-order you need to contact us at info@myteamidentity.com and we will send you a custom invocie link. All custom orders, bulk orders, tournament orders, or custom shaped products need to be re-ordered by email.
