Our PRO-STYLE Logo + Roster hockey pucks makes the perfect keepsake gift for players and coaches that will be cherished for years to come. On the front is the team's logo with custom lettering along the upper and lower curve of the puck along the curve. We recommend team name along the top and team division at the bottom. On the back is the team's ROSTER, TEAM NAME, DIVISION and YEAR. Choose from TWO layout options for the roster.
Made from official regulation hockey pucks - 1" tall x 3" in diameter weighing 6oz each.

FRONT OF PUCK:
-TEAM LOGO with Custom Lettering of your choise - we recommend team name at the top curve and team division along the bottom. There is a limit to the amount of characters so we advise you keep it short
BACK OF PUCK - TEAM NAME, LEVEL, YEAR and ROSTER.
Choose a ROSTER LAYOUT OPTION:
-Option #1 - Team roster with both first and last names with # symbol before the number.
Includes team name, team division and year. Better for larger teams.
-Option #2 - Team roster with last names and numbers only. Half the roster is stacked on the left and the other half on the right. Not suitable for teams with more than 14 players.
**Please note that the SAME FONTS will be used and layout as in product listing images - colors of team name will be changed to a color from your logo.
HOW TO PURCHASE:
1. indicate quantity - minimum of 10 pucks or order will be refunded
2. choose Layout Option #1 or #2
3. upload the logo file
4. upload the roster file as a spreadsheet with seperate columns for name, number, team etc. OR copy and paste your roster in the order you want names to appear. For OPTION #1 only include last name #00 and for option #2 both first and last name and number. Alternatively, you can email this information to info@myprepidentity.com.
AFTER PURCHASE: Our designers will create a design proof within 1 - 2 business days and send it to you via email by our automated system. You will have the option to approve or request changes. If you reqeusted changes those will be made and you will receive a second design proof via email to approve or request changes. Once approved your order will be printed within 1-2 business days and shipped with USPS Ground Select which takes 3-5 days depending on your distance from our print studio in St. Paul, Minnesota.
APPROVAL BEFORE PRINTING ** Review Very Carefully before approving**:
Our designers will send you a design proof for your approval. We copy and paste your roster and team name but we CAN make mistakes. The customer is required to review the design proof VERY CAREFULLY and check for any and all errors. We will print what is approved by the customer. If you notice errors after receiving the pucks My Prep Identity is not responsible to send replacements as the design was approved for print by the customer.
ARTWORK DETAILS:
Send us the highest resolution logo you can find. Files ending in .jpg, .tif, .gif or .png. You can test out the resolution of your logo before you send it by zooming in on the screen. If it looks grainy, see if you can find a better quality logo online or contact the hockey organization for a logo. We put all logos through our vector software to prepare them for print. If you logo is too low resolution you will be contacted and will need to provide a higher quality logo or pay a fee to have the logo re-drawn by one of our graphic designers.
LIABILITY
My Team Identity does not warranty any puck for any miscellaneous application found for it. Included in this is autograph signing. Markers and pens used to autograph a puck may not stick or they may come off over time as the puck ages. If you want to have a puck autographed, the signature has a better chance of staying on if you clean the puck first removing any surface oil and dirt. However, we My Team Identity does not guarantee that ink from a pen or marker will permanently bond to the puck.
Finally My Team Identity is not responsible for any damage caused to equipment or glass breakage. Pucks are virtually never the actual underlying cause of glass breakage and My Team Identity is not responsible for any injury caused by a flying puck.

Logos, trademarks, and copyrighted items are the property of their respective trademark holders.
When you place an order thru My Team Identity either thru Etsy, the website, via fax, email, telephone, or any other method you are granting us permission to print. You are responsible for making sure you are not infringing on any rights of a copyright protected and/or trademarked logo. You as our customer, will indemnify My Team Identity, and the services of companies that we use, against all claims and expenses arising from uses for you, the customer/client do not have rights to or authority to use. You the customer, will be responsible for payment of any special licensing or royalty fees resulting from the misuse of graphics which are protected by these tights. By placing an order thru My Team Identity, you agree to these terms.
Logo Wear: The pucks in this product listing and not intended for game or on ice use. They are decorative pucks. We apply an adhesion promoter to ensure that the pucks have durability for handling but are not intended or use in playing hockey either indoor or outdoor.
