Premiere Series Roster Pucks - Customized to your Team - Optional Logo and EDGE Print

Celebrate your team with the Premiere Series Roster Pucks the ultimate custom commemorative puck designed for athletes, coaches, and programs that want elite-quality team branding. Each commemorative puck is UV printed on a regulation 3" × 1", 6-ounce hockey puck with vibrant, full-color graphics that showcase your logo, your roster, and with  optional EDGE text customization (up to 25 characters wrapped around the puck) and optional Team Logo on the backside.

Each puck has the Team Roster on one side.  You have the option to add the logo to the other side and/or EDGE PRINT with your customized text.  There is an additional charge for each of these options.  Whether you select only the roster or combine all three options, the result is a custom keepsake that's perfect for senior nights, team gifts, coach gifts, banquets, championships, and displays.

Your artwork is brought to life by our professional in-house graphic designers, who will select the best layout based on your logo, colors, team name and roster size for maximum clarity and visual impact. Every puck includes a digital proof for approval before printing.

How to Order

1. Select Print Options: Just the Premiere Roster or add on team logo and/or EDGE PRINT

2. Select Quantity
   (Minimum order of 12 pucks is required)

3. Upload Team Logo(s)
   A high-resolution image is required for best print quality.

4. Upload Team Roster and Team Details
   Include all information you want included on the Roster i.e. team name, season year, level, roster list, and coach information.

5. Make payment

6. View + Approve/Request Changes to the Design Proof
   A digital design proof will be emailed within 1–2 business days.
   Once approved, your custom pucks will print and ship within 1–2 business days. One edit is included with the order.  If additional edits are requested a $20 design fee may be charged.  

Artwork Guidelines

• Submit the highest-resolution logo(s) available (.jpg, .png, .tif, .gif).

• All logos are enhanced through vector-processing software for crisp, professional printing.

• Low-resolution or blurry images may impact final print quality.

✅ Proofing & Approval

• You will receive a digital proof within 1 business day.

• Review all spelling, numbers, roster names, and layout details carefully.

• We print exactly what you approve.

• My Team Identity is not responsible to reprint pucks with errors that were approved by the customer.

• Orders cannot be cancelled once the design proof has been created and emailed to the customer.  

Shipping & Processing

• Production Time: 1–2 business days after proof approval

• Standard Shipping: UPS Ground (3–5 business days from St. Paul, MN)

• Tracking: Automatically emailed when your order ships
