In order to make ordering FAST + EASY we use a Template Based System. In the PRO-SERIES Magnetic Locker Room Nameplates there are 4 DESIGN TEMPLATES to choose from. Simpy select your favorite DESIGN TEMPLATE and our designers will substitute your logo, change the colors to your team's and add player information as requested. OR, select 'DESIGNERS CHOICE' and our designers will select the best option for you.
Within 1-2 business days of placing your order we will email you a design proof from our automated approval system. Click on the link in the email to view the design proof and then select either 'approve' or 'request edits' and type in the changes. If approved, the print file will be prepared with your roster and will usually print within 1-2 business day and ship. If you reqeusted edits you will receive another design proof within 1 business day with the requested changes. We will NOT print until you have approved the design. Please note that requeseting edits will delay your order filfilment by one day per reqeusted edit.

BULK ORDERS:
For any order of more than 25 nameplates please email us for a price quotation at info@myteamidentity.com. We offer excellent bulk discounts to our customers with larger orders.
RUSH ORDERS:
Please contact us prior to purchasing a rush order. The DATE NEEDED must be indicated in the Personalization notes. If the date is not indicated there it is not guaranteed they will arrive on time. You will also need to purchase an expedited shipping method.
REPEAT ORDERS:
For future orders using the same design please order from our website at www.myteamidentity.com and click on the red "RE-ORDER" link in the top right hand corner. Answer all the questions and you can easily place the order for more bag tags with no order minimums. Please note that the background and design will be identical to the order indicated at purchase. You will automatically receive a 10% discount.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES:
We do not accept refunds on custom items. You will receive a design proof for approval. The final item will look identical to the design proof. If you item arrives damaged contact us right away and we will file a claim with USPS and send out replacements.
SHIPPING:
Orders will be shipped for free via USPS ground parcel which takes 3-5 business days. A tracking number will be sent to you once the label is processed.
