PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This listing is for customized bag tags with YOUR TEAM's colors, logo, player name and numbers added. All you have to do is choose the Design #/Jersey style you like best and our designers will add your logo, change the colors and add player last names + numbers. Each of the 4 Design options have an AUTHENTIC jersey appearance with visible nameplate and jersey texture. After purchase, a design proof will be sent for your approval. Minor color changes can be requested but fonts and layout cannot be changed.

- Plastic Loops included for attaching securely to your bag. Available in Black, white, red, green, blue. Loop color will be selected by MPI staff. Most likely black if there is black in the design. If not, white will be selected unless the tag matches either the red, green or blue loops in stock. If you require a specific color please indicate in custom notes.
HOW TO PURCHASE
-Select quantity
-Select a Design #
-Select either SINGLE SIDED (Front only - back will be all white) or DOUBLE SIDED
-Upload your logo
-Upload your roster - spread sheet or copy and paste your roster
-Under notes you can enter in other information such as date needed or any notes regarding design
DESIGN PROOF:
Within approximately1-2 business days of puchase you will receive a design proof from our designers via email. Minor color changes can be requested but FONTS + DESIGN STYLE CANNOT BE CHANGED. BE attentive to your email messages to ensure you DON'T miss the design proof. If the design proof request has not been answered within 7 days your order will be print and shipped to you. We will attempt to contact you several times via email during this 7 days. Failure to respond promptly to design proofs will delay shipping.
ARTWORK SPECIFICATIONS:
Upload the HIGHEST QUALITY/CLEAREST LOGO you can find. 300pdi is preferred. Our designers have a graphics program that can improve logo quality and prepare it for print. If your logo is too low resolution, you will be notified and asked for a higher quality logo. If you can't find one you can pay a $25 design fee for our designers to re-create the logo.
TEAM ROSTERS:
PHOTOS or SCREENSHOTS of team rosters are not accepted. Rosters must be typed out or you can upload a spread sheet along with the roster or send it to us by email to info@myteamidentity.com.
ORDER PROCESSING:
It will approximately 1-2 business days to receive a design proof for the order. After the bag tag is approved it will go into the queue for printing which could take up to 2 business days approximately. If you need the bag tags by a specific date you need to provide this DATE UNDER PERSONALIZATION. If bag tags are delayed due to USPS or UPS shipping and do not arrive in advance of the date needed you will not be refunded. MPI cannot be help accountable for the issues, errors and delivery disruptions of delivery companies and postal service.
COLORS AND SCREENS:
We will pull colors from the logo you provide us and use them in the bag tags. Please use a logo that accurately depicts the colors of your team. Be note that the color you may see on your computer screen may not be the true color due to screen resolution. Expect a slight variation in color. If ordering multiple orders with a time span between you may notice a slight color difference as we have several different UV printers. There may be a slight variation in color depending on the printer. We do not keep record of which printer was used for the original order.
