At My Team Identity we offer high quality bag tags in modern designs worthy of professional teams that are FAST and EASY to order. Each product listing on our website has a set of DESIGN TEMPLATES for you to choose from. Simply choose your favorite DESIGN TEMPLATE and our designers will substitute your team's logo, colors, team and player information and then send you a sample to approve or reqeust changes.
This product listing is for the ELITE SERIES Design Templates. There are 4 design template options to choose from. Indicate the one you like best or select 'DESIGNERS CHOICE' and let our designers choose the one that works best with your logo. Select Single Sided (white, blank backside) or Double Sided (Same background as front with logo and two lines of custom text). Upload your roster and your logo, indicate quantity and complete your purchase. Within 1-2 business days you will receive an email with a design proof to review. You will have the option to APPROVE or REQUEST CHANGES. Once approved, the bag tags will print and ship within 1-2 business days. If you have a specific date that the tags are needed by please indicate that under Notes.
SIZE: 2.5" wide x 4" tall
MATERIAL: 3-4mm thick rigid plastic for excellent durability
PLASTIC LOOP: Each bag tag comes with a 6" plastic loop in either black or white. If your bag tag design has black in it then a black loop will be sent. If it does not have black, a white loop will be sent.
EDITS: Our designers will substitute your logo, colors and team/player info into the selected DESIGN TEMPLATE. Each template has specific fonts and design layout that cannot be changed. You can however ask for the first name, last name, team name, or number be added or removed. Colors can be changed as well. One edit is allowed per order. Additional edits will be charged at $15 each.
ROSTER: Rosters can be provided in a spread sheet (preferred) or you can copy and paste the roster in the area indicated. Only provide the information needed for the bag tags. i.e. if you want lastname and number on the tags then don't provide other data such as first name. We do not accept screen shots or images or rosters as we copy and paste the roster into our printer program to avoid errors.
ARTWORK: Send us the highest resolution logo you can find. Files ending in .jpg, .tif, .png or .pdf. The simplest way to know the resolution of your logo is by zooming in on it. If it's really blurred or pixelated you will likely need to search for a higher quality logo or contact the organization to request it. If you are unsure if your logo will work or not don't worry. Go ahead and purchase and we will let you know if we can't work with your logo. We have an excellent software that can fix most logos and turn them into vector files for printing.
SHIPPING: All bag tag orders are shipped with USPS Parcel Select Ground which is 3-5 day shipping depending on your distrance from St. Paul, Minnesota. Tracking numbers are automatically sent once the label is created. If you need your order faster please contact us for expedited shipping options with UPS. My Team Identity is not responsible for delayed or lost orders that do not arrive on time for a specific date. Late, lost or delayed orders will not be refunded as we cannot be held responsible for the errors of USPS or UPS. If you order is lost, please contact us and we will send you a new order and file a claim with USPS or UPS.
LOGOS, TRADEMARKS AND COPYRIGHTED ITEMS: Logos, trademarks, and copyrighted items are the property of their respective trademark holders. When you place an order thru My Team Identity either thru Etsy, the website, via email, telephone, or any other method you are granting us permission to print. You the customer, are responsible for making sure you are not infringing on any rights of a copyright protected and/or trademarked logo. You as our customer, will indemnify My Team Identity, and the services of companies that we use, against all claims and expenses arising from uses for you, the customer/client do not have rights to or authority to use. You the customer, will be responsible for payment of any special licensing or royalty fees resulting from the misuse of graphics which are protected by these tights. By placing an order thru My Team Identity, you agree to these terms.
