Approve Proof: Within 1–2 business days, our designers will send you a digital proof via email. Approve or request edits before printing begins.

Printing & Shipping: Once approved, your pucks will be printed within 1–2 business days and shipped via USPS Ground Select (3–5 business days). Priority shipping available upon request.
Artwork Guidelines

Provide the highest resolution logo and photo available (.jpg, .tif, .png, or .gif).

If the image looks blurry when zoomed in, a higher quality version is recommended.

Our team can advise if your artwork is too low-resolution and, if needed, offer re-creation services for an additional fee.
Important Notes

Proof Approval: Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing design proofs for spelling, logos, and image quality. We print exactly what is approved. Errors discovered after approval are not eligible for replacement.

Autographs: Pucks can be signed with permanent markers, but long-term adhesion of ink is not guaranteed. Cleaning the puck before signing may improve results.
