Your team with look like professional athletes with a Custom Locker Nameplates by MPI. Each is laser cut and UV Printed in our MPI Studio in Minnesota.
Choose to add a sports ball on the left side under your team logo. Options are a basketball, baseball/softball, or soccerball. Option to also have no ball and just the logo.
Our designers will add your team logo to the nameplate and change the colors to match your logo and add the player names, school name, and player number.
Upload your logo and enter in your player names + numbers in the text box OR email it to info@myprepidentity.com
Within 24 hours a design proof will be sent to you for approval. We will not print until we have your approval.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES:
We do not accept refunds on custom items. You will receive a design proof for approval. The final item will look identical to the design proof. If you item arrives damaged contact us right away and we will file a claim with USPS and send out replacements.

All orders will be shipped via UPSP regular mail which will take 5-7 business days. Upgrade shipping for $8 for USPS Priority Mail 3-4 business day shipping.
